not to do to live a healthy life. First, let’s talk about the things that we
have to do. The first thing is eating nutritious food,

digestive tract that can prevent obesity and diseases such as constipation.

build cells and tissues. The second is sufficient rest. It helps to
increase endurance, digestion and optimizes the ability of the brain. The third thing is exercise regularly it makes you feel fresh
and fit.
Now
let’s talk about things not to do. First is eating junk food regularly. Junk food is not
good for the body because it has low nutrition but high in fat. Junk food usually is fast food like donuts, pizza and hamburger. The next
thing is stay up late. Staying up late causes loss of concentration and lack of
focus, and the side effects of the habit of staying up late is the durability
decreases. The last thing is unhealthy lifestyle. That’s the things we can do
and avoid for healthy living
