                Now let’s talk about things not to do. First is eating junk food regularly. Junk food is not good for the body because it has low nutrition but high in fat. Junk food usually is fast food like donuts, pizza and hamburger. The next thing is stay up late. Staying up late causes loss of concentration and lack of focus, and the side effects of the habit of staying up late is the durability decreases. The last thing is unhealthy lifestyle.
